I have a 3 year old male AKC Boxer that I'd like to stud out in order to have pick of the litter. Today I tried to stud him out and he wasn't interested in it at all. He seemed to think it was a new friend to play with and nothing more. Do you have any advise on how to get him interested in mating?

I'm don't know to much about this area, but I think it is more so dependant on the bitch and what level of the cycle she is in. Maybe the timing was just slightly off.??I would give it a few more goes before you start to worry. If it persists, maybe look for a new bitch or chat to your vet. Happy puppy making!!!
